Q&A Will you hire employees?

Hi everyone and welcome, 

Today's question could change with time, however for the moment I do not have a need to hire employees to help me in the day to day running of SewnbySabrina. 
Things are pretty slow and I can handle whatever order comes in by myself. 

However, if things were to take off and business grow a lot in a short period of time, I would definitely look into hiring some help when I need it. I've had busy times in the past and I was able to cope, but if I had something crazy like 50 or even 100 orders in week or a day then I wouldn't be able to do everything on my own anymore. 

I try my best right now to stay on top of things and even now I can be a little behind... I need to be more on top of my social media if I want SewnbySabrina to succeed. Which means, filming content that I can cross post between, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook. Make blog posts here to hopefully get more traction to the site, make new products to photograph and list for sale. Then pack any orders that might come through. 

In the future, its definitely a dream to be able to be in a position that I can hire employees, however for right now, I'm aiming to just be in a position where I can pay myself and not have to worry about the bills that my small business has. 
So for now, I'm working towards that goal, its hard but I'm trying not to lose my hope.
